A fenced in backyard with a storage closet and a cute covered patio that makes entertaining a breeze! Washer and dryer hook-ups in a separate utility room (washer & dryer not included). Driveway parking. The home is located in the popular Washington Square Townhouses with easy access to Hilltop Shopping Center, the interstate, medical, bases, beaches! Application fee is $50 per person occupying the unit over the age of 18 or $75 if you're married. Security Deposit & one-time Non-refundable Administrative Fee: Both are due once the application is approved, the Security Deposit (which is typically equal to one month’s rent minus the one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee) and the $350.00 non-refundable Administrative Fee are due and must be received to take the property off the market. Small pets allowed with weight & breed restrictions.
