Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property.
