Family status and relationship between occupants must be disclosed at the time of application. All adults will go through a background check and employment verification. Monthly inspections will be scheduled with advanced notice. Renter's insurance is required. Valid ID will be verified before property tour. No smoking, vaping, or recreational drugs. No subletting. Maximum of two pets. Monthly pet fee $50. Pet security deposit of $500. Rental security deposit equals 1 months rent. Tenant must maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of house to maintain compliance of HOA guidelines.
