We welcome 2 pets per apartment home: 2 dog maximum. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet; $175 pet fee for each additional pet. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet. There is a weight limit of 100 pounds per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
