Dogs and Cats Allowed

2 pet max per home, limit 100 lbs total weight. Some breeds are prohibited and all pets are subject to the approval of management. Pet fees are non-refundable and monthly pet rent is per-pet. Documentation for pet breed, weight, proof of rabies from veterinarian and photo are required prior to move-in. Pet fee of $500 is due before move in and pet rent is $50 per pet is due at the beginning of each month.
