About the housemates: One is a 23 year old law student at Georgetown who is originally from Durham, Connecticut and completed his undergraduate studies at Tulane University. He enjoys golfing, fishing, cooking, spending time with friends, and going out or staying in to watch sports or play cards. The second is a 22 year old graduate student studying forensic and legal psychology at Marymount University after graduating from Syracuse. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, working out, cooking, and keeping both personal and shared spaces organized while also being into movies and music. The third is originally from Lynchburg, Virginia and is a two time alumnus of West Virginia University who recently accepted a role with the Washington Commanders in facilities and operations. He enjoys hiking, trying new foods, visiting museums, and values keeping his space clean while maintaining a social lifestyle outside the home. Welcome to our four-bed, two-bath house with gorgeous granite countertops and free reserved private parking! The property has a beautiful backyard and is perfect for having friends over. The house also sits across from multiple nature trails and a 100-acre wildlife sanctuary. Utilities are split evenly between all housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. Parking is super easy; we have a driveway and street parking is unzoned (free and easy!). There’s also an option for EV charging at the house. The previous housemate is open to leaving the bed, desk, and chair shown in the photos if you’d like, or removing them if you’d rather bring your own. No pets or couples at this time. Lease length is one year with the option to sublet your space at any time at no additional cost to you. *Photos were taken before the current housemates moved in.
