Hi! I'm renting the furnished guest bedroom with private bath in my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in a well-kept development (Arlington, VA). The guest bedroom is available May 1, 2026 (flexible) for $1,650/month. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, has a sizable closet, and has a private bathroom. The shared living space is beautiful and gets wonderful natural light. The condo has beautiful hardwood floors, dimmable lights, a furnished living area (sofa, coffee table, tv, etc.), a dining area, kitchen peninsula seating, and a kitchen stocked with the essentials. The condo community is minutes away from JB Myer-Henderson Hall, the Pentagon, and the National Guard Bureau. I-395 is just down the road which makes commuting to Springfield, Fort Belvoir, Quantico, etc. very convenient. This condo is located half-mile west of the Shirlington center which has three blocks of popular restaurants, fun bars, and cute coffee shops. The Four Mile Run trail is just steps away from the front door so you can run/bike on a paved path for as far as you'd like! About me: I'm 35 years old, very active, and like to live a healthy lifestyle. I spend most of my time traveling, exploring D.C., catching up with friends, or reading/studying in local coffee shops. I'm very outgoing and personable but understand the importance of quiet time and very much appreciate a chill evening in when time allows, especially after long work days/weeks.
