About the housemates: One graduated from Penn State with a degree in chemical engineering and grew up near the San Francisco Bay Area. He enjoys lifting weights, traveling, spending time with others, and has a strong interest in music, especially rock, R&B, rap, and folk. Another is 23 years old and from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He works in PR and communications at an Arlington-based firm and likes watching basketball, traveling, and playing recreational sports. The third works at an IT firm in Arlington, just a short walk from the townhouse. He attended UVA where he studied business and competed on the track and cross country teams. The house is mostly furnished, but some of the listing pictures are from when the house was first purchased. We have a 55-inch 4k TV in the living room!
