It has lofted ceilings in the front room and main living area, a gas fireplace, and a huge dedicated office space. It's chock-full of art and fun decor, with stainless appliances and comfy beds. I loved living there. :) There's substantial enclosed storage space off the back of the garage. Covington Woods is a quiet, deed-restricted neighborhood build in the 70s with mature trees and well-kept houses. The local elementary school is walking distance from the house, as is a small grocery store. Nearby is a fantastic HEB (grocery store, for those not in the know), the Imperial (Sugar) Historic District, and our minor league baseball stadium, as well as tons of restaurants and shopping. The school district is excellent, and it's also not far from the Texas Medical Center or the med centers in Sugar Land. Sugar Land is known nationally as one of the safest cities in America!
