This home is managed by a local Private Host. The property is fully furnished and the daily rate includes all utilities, housewares, lawn care, and everything you need to feel at home. We welcome all the members of your family to enjoy their stay with us. We work with major Insurance companies as well as most of the Temporary Housing providers. So if you’ve been displaced due to an insurance claim, we would be happy to work these agencies to get you into the home as quickly and easily as possible. Our minimum stay is 30 days and there is no maximum stay. Understanding that plans may change, we will keep the home available until you provide us notice. We never want to ask our guest to leave before they’re ready so this home will be yours as long as you need it. Our House on the Hill is located in a friendly, small neighborhood conveniently located very near the town square of Rockwall where one can find great places to eat, shop, and listen to live music. The house has a new AIR/HEATING system and all new windows. The backyard consists of deck, patio and shade tree, all surrounded by a privacy fence for outdoor relaxing pleasure. Why This Property? We have been using this awesome property as a vacation home, and so far, all of our guests have loved it! We love providing it for our guests and we're always trying to make it even better. It's in a great location and is very family friendly!
