The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an oversized kitchen island with bar stools, and granite countertops. The dedicated dining area offers a sophisticated restaurant feel with seating for 8. The open-concept living room is perfect for socializing, featuring couches, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms offer queen, bunk, and sofa beds, comfortably sleeping 20 guests. The spa-like bathrooms feature a soaking tub and glass walk-in shower. Free parking is available to all guests with an electric gate opening to the attached garage and additional open parking. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
