The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two queen-over-queen bunk beds in the third bedroom, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a charge of $39 per guest per night. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just a 6.3 miles drive. Beautiful Irving Lake is also just 5.9 miles away. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated. Security cameras are installed at the front door overlooking the yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, recording 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
