Enjoy the big back patio with a superb free-form pool and beautiful lounging area. The pool is open and serviced all year, providing an attractive atmosphere. After enjoying some laps in the pool, indulge in snacks in the open space living area overlooking the backyard. The master bedroom offers French doors with direct access to the pool and patio. Cook an unforgettable dinner with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, which also shares the beautiful view of the patio and pool. At the end of the day, enjoy your favorite shows on Apple TV on the three large TVs. Pets are welcome with a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation and pick up any waste, particularly from the backyard. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, we'll do it for you. Your home away from home is located in Irving, Texas, just 5.2 miles from DFW Airport, 14 miles to downtown Dallas, and 9 miles from AT&T Stadium. Irving offers plenty to see and do, with parks and lakes nearby. Running Bear Park is just a 2-mile drive or 10-minute walk away, and Irving Lake is 3 miles away. For family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is 7.5 miles away, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum is 4 miles away in Grand Prairie. Visit Six Flags Over Texas, 6.9 miles away, and explore the entertainment hub at The Toyota Music Factory, 5.5 miles away. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. Smoking outdoors is allowed, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during summer and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated, and there is no hot tub. For security, two cameras are installed: one at the front door and another in front of the garage. These cameras record 24/7, with no cameras inside the house. Any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet, added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. The fireplace in the master bedroom is not active. The waterfall feature in the pool is out of service, and the ice maker is out of service. The landscaper visits once a week, and pest control service goes out at least once a month. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. Our storage is in the backyard, and we might need to access it once every other day, with prior notice.
