The sleeping arrangements of this home include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom featuring two queen-over-queen bunk beds. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite full bathroom, while a second full bathroom serves the other rooms. Pamper your guests in the Jacuzzi, covered for sun protection, and enjoy the large gas grill and fire pit for year-round outdoor enjoyment. The recently renovated kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals with ease. Relax at the end of the day with your favorite shows on big TVs in the living room or primary bedroom, and enjoy playing Xbox in the living room. A washer/dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products are available for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided, except for pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and more, ideal for meal preparation with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. House rules violations may result in reservation cancellation with no refund and loss of any security deposit. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and all cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is forbidden. Garbage is picked up on certain days, and you'll be informed the night before to leave the trash out for collection.
