Memorial Towers is in the midst of an exciting transformation, and we’re thrilled to share what’s on the way. Our community is being reimagined to offer a higher level of comfort, style, and convenience. A brand-new pool with updated decking and modern furnishings, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Our fully redesigned fitness center will debut in early July, complete with new equipment and a fresh, open layout. Around the same time, residents will also enjoy access to a newly updated club room—ideal for socializing, working remotely, or just unwinding. Pet owners will love the new dog park, now three times larger and relocated to the main courtyard. It will feature artificial turf, new landscaping, and shaded seating. We’re also introducing a brand-new pickleball court later this month, offering a fun and active way to enjoy the outdoors. Lastly, our former business center is being transformed into a mid-century modern lounge—an inviting space designed with comfort and style in mind.
