Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. We offer plenty of body towels, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. Pet cleaning fees apply, and pets should be kept off beds and furniture. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, allowing you to stay connected and entertained during your stay. A laptop computer is not included.
