Great location in the Greenview Townhome community! There is a community pool nearby for those hot Texas summers and wonderful courtyards for the residents. The HOA completed new exterior siding and roofing back in October 2020. The outside A/C unit was recently replaced and the interior has been fully upgraded entirely. Light fixtures and fans have been installed in bedrooms that both have a full bath attached. Half bath downstairs and kitchen have been restored also. Brand new cabinets and appliances are installed in the kitchen . All special assessments have been paid. HOA fees include water, sewer, trash, exterior insurance and landscaping. There is a two car garage behind the unit with automatic opener and storage closets.
