The house is a duplex, located in the center of Houston in the tri-location of Montrose/Neartown, Downtown, and Midtown. The house has three stories but is divided into two units. It’s the upper unit, located on the second and third floor, that is available. There is one bedroom and an attic loft on the third floor that can be used as a bedroom, office, gym etc. There is one bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The owner has one domestic cat that lives in the downstairs unit and often wanders outside for short periods and under surveillance. Unfortunately, the owner does not rent to tenants who have pets.
