Let's be honest. This is an older 1960s building and is just in OK condition. If you're looking for great curb appeal, this is not the one. What this does offer is a fairly specious 2-bedroom apartment in a great location just a few blocks from 610, 290, Ella and TC Jester with plenty of hip and cool newer restaurants and bars nearby. It's a very short drive to The Galleria, I-10 and The Heights. The unit has tile/laminate flooring (no carpet!) and a large kitchen area big enough to fit a small table in. There is ample parking and on-sire washers and dryers. There's a huge greenspace/courtyard and additional greenspace by the parking area in case someone wants to store/keep a grill there and enjoys cooking out.
