Pius Dawson is an internationally recognized REALTOR®, educator, mentor, and global connector dedicated to elevating cross-border real estate practice and leadership worldwide. As the 2026 Global Chair for Texas REALTORS®, Pius leads statewide and international initiatives that strengthen professional standards, expand global business opportunities, and deepen collaboration between U.S. and international real estate markets.
A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Instructor and recipient of the 2025 CIPS Excellence Award from the National Association of REALTORS®, Pius has trained, coached, and mentored hundreds of real estate professionals across the United States, Mexico, Europe, and beyond. His innovative teaching style and global leadership inspire agents to broaden their reach, embrace cultural intelligence, and excel in international transactions.
Pius’s long-standing commitment to civic diplomacy is reflected in his work with Sister Cities Houston, where he serves as Chair of the Compliance & Governance Committee. In this role, he offers quiet structural support and advisory leadership to the city’s network of 17 affiliate associations, helping strengthen organizational alignment, governance practices, and global engagement. Pius also provides administrative continuity as the organization’s Interim Administrator, working collaboratively in the background to help sustain and enhance its international partnerships.
His mentorship and strategic guidance have made him a trusted coach to real estate professionals around the globe, supporting their growth, development, and long-term success.
In 2026, Pius celebrates a personal milestone—his 30-year marriage to his wife, Jackie. He is a proud father of three sons from a previous marriage and a devoted grandfather to two grandchildren, who continue to inspire his passion for legacy, leadership, and service.
