Sonoma Ranch Neighborhood

Positioned amid the beautiful hill country of Helotes, Texas, the neighborhood of Sonoma Ranch is a master-planned community comprised of seven different, smaller neighborhoods: The Hills, The Enclaves, The Meadows, The Reserve, The Summit, The Springs, and The Village.

This Bexar County community is in zip code 78023 and is about twenty minutes from downtown San Antonio. It is located along Kyle Seale Boulevard. It is close to The Shops at La Cantera, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World San Antonio, the San Antonio Medical Center, Highway 1604, and Interstate 10.

The community has a wide array of amenities. It has a beautiful entrance and features a clubhouse, two full-sized pools and a children’s pool, two tennis courts, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a playground, and sprawling green spaces. The clubhouse is also available for birthday parties, social gatherings, and meetings.

Sonoma Ranch is a part of the Northside Independent School District, the fourth largest school system in Texas. This is a well-regarded, highly rated school district positioned in a blossoming area. It has over one hundred schools and educates over 94,000 students.

A Nordstrom’s, Neiman Marcus, Dillard’s, and Macy’s anchor the Shops at La Cantera. Other stores include Abercrombie & Fitch, Lenscrafter, American Eagle Outfitters, Lucky Brand Jeans, Anthropologie, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, and Charlotte Russe. After a long day of shopping, visitors can dine at Chick-Fil-A, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Subway, Bravo Cucina Italiana, or Yardhouse.

When guests are in town, Sonoma Ranch residents like to take them to downtown San Antonio, Six Flags, or Sea World. All are within a short drive and provide endless hours of entertainment.
