A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required (maximum of 2 pets per stay). You’ll be conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, 30 minutes to DFW airport and 40 minutes to AT&T Stadium. Garland has tons of parks and forest preserves and is a diverse city with both urban appeal and fascinating history. Just a 15-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 10 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 28 minutes away. Hawaiian Falls Water Park is 15 minutes away, and Surf and Swim is only 7 minutes away. Historic Downtown Garland is another local landmark that you absolutely must visit. Firewheel Town Center is 15 minutes away, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment and restaurant options. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests.
