The fully equipped kitchen comes with complimentary coffee and tea, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Enjoy a 50-inch smart TV with live cable and Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry. The apartment offers complete temperature control, a private entrance, a backyard with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, and a patio or balcony with sun loungers. Free on-site and street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the building includes an EV charger. Gym access is provided. Pets are welcome with an extra one-time fee per pet per stay, which is not included in the booking total and will be collected separately. The pet cleaning fees are $100 per pet for 1-2 nights, $150 per pet for 3-6 nights, $250 per pet for 7-29 nights, and $300 per month per pet for stays of 30 nights or more. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, with a weight limit of 50 lbs. Early check-in can be requested a day before arrival and is subject to approval, costing $20 per hour before the standard check-in time. Late check-out is also subject to approval and must be notified in advance, costing $20 for 11:00 AM and $40 for 12:00 PM. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00.
