Features include high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, complete temperature control, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Enjoy complimentary parking and gym access. An EV charger is available. Located near Legacy West, this Frisco apartment provides convenient access to an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment choices. Enjoy shopping at Stonebriar Centre, Legacy West, and The Shops at Legacy. Engage in activities such as golfing at Stonebriar Country Club, attending games at Dr. Pepper Ballpark, or supporting your favorite soccer team at Toyota Stadium. It's also a short 5-minute drive from major employers like Toyota, JPMorgan Chase, Ericsson, and PepsiCo. Convenient access to roads, highways, and grocery stores. A strict no-party policy is enforced. Ring cameras monitor the entrance, and noise detectors are installed inside. Any party activity will prompt police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. There is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Strictly observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, and there is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. No pets over 50 lbs. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. All early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and it is subject to approval. The rate is $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard check-in time from Mon-Sat is at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM during Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00. At 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. Please don’t use the face or bath towel as a kitchen towel. There will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. If there is no paper towel, please let us know. Please be advised that we do not provide extra towels and sheets. You are most welcome to bring your own towels and sheets if you will be needing more. Please be advised that an additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve the delivered mail. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. If any damage or issue arises that requires repair, we will notify you promptly. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. $600 penalty for lost or damaged key/ fob / parking permit. $500 penalty if you’re locked out and will need us to send someone to assist you. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by our housekeeping team. This service will cost $150, which must be paid for by the guest.
