Linens and towels are provided, but pool towels are not included. The property also includes a 2-car garage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube.
