The living area features a queen bed in the first bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room along with a coffee table and a 55” 4K HDR Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom includes a bath with shower, wash basin, mirror, and essential toiletries. We prioritize your health and safety with thorough cleaning after each stay. Complimentary valet parking is available for one vehicle, but trucks are not allowed. Pets are allowed based on size, but please notify us in advance to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee applies per pet: $25 per night for stays of 1-4 nights, $200 total for stays of 5-29 nights, and $300 total for stays of 30 nights or longer. Vehicles that will not be allowed include cars equipped with breathalyzers, makeshift or faulty controls, or malfunctioning brakes, large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or those exceeding a height of 6'8", dually trucks or service vehicles with excessively wide wheels, lockers, or containers that make maneuvering in the garage unsafe, aftermarket-lifted vehicles or those with oversized custom rims and tires, and motorcycles or tricycles with non-car-like controls. Guest verification is required to comply with legal and security requirements, including providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information, completing our verification process, and undergoing a background check if necessary.
