Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or faulty controls, or damaged brakes, large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vans with a capacity of 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle exceeding 6'8" in height, dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, lockers, or containers that are difficult to maneuver in the garage, vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized custom rims and tires, and motorcycles or tricycles that lack car-like controls are not allowed. Pets are allowed based on size, but an additional cleaning fee per pet applies. Guest verification is required, and you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete a verification process, and, if necessary, undergo a background check. All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. Security cameras are installed in hallways, and a Minut device is used in the unit to monitor noise levels.
