Our apartment is only a 5-minute stroll from the Kay Bailey Convention Center in Dallas, offering a serene retreat with stunning views of Downtown Dallas. We’re excited to welcome you to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment featuring breathtaking views of Downtown Dallas. This contemporary retreat comes fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The living area includes a queen bed in Bedroom 1 with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, a queen bed in Bedroom 2, and a sofa bed in the living room with a coffee table and a 55” 4K HDR Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, sink with mirror, and essential toiletries. Your health and safety are our top priority, and we ensure a thorough cleaning after every guest. Take advantage of complimentary access to the pool and fitness center throughout your stay. Complimentary valet parking is included for one vehicle and in-unit washer and dryer are provided, along with free detergent. Stay comfortable no matter the season with air conditioning and heating. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and utensils you need. Rest well with the support and comfort of memory foam pillows. Oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Vehicles that exceed the size limits will be refused entry at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy. Pets are allowed depending on their size and a cleaning fee applies per pet as follows: $25 per night for stays of 1–4 nights, $200 total for stays of 5–29 nights, and $300 total for stays of 30 nights or more. We are not responsible for any maintenance or repairs related to the building. Required information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Failure to comply may lead to cancellation.
