Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a limit of one pet under 50 pounds and a $100 non-refundable deposit. Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out time is 12 pm sharp, and furniture must be returned to its original location upon check-out to avoid a $50 fee. Any damages will be billed to the guest.
