Any smoking must be 40 feet away from the building outside of any courtyard. No pets are allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a $100 non-refundable deposit for one pet under 50 pounds. A $1,000 fine applies for any unauthorized pets. Check-out time is 12 pm sharp, and furniture must be returned to its original location upon check-out, or a $50 furniture fee will be charged.
