We are perfectly located in a neighborhood of large old trees and lovely homes in North Oak Cliff. You will be just a 6 block walk to the trendy Bishop Arts District, with it's many restaurants, bars and shops. The Kessler Theatre, also just a few minutes away, is a well-known music venue which regularly books world class musicians and performers. Downtown Dallas is just a 5 minute drive and the 2 main Interstates, I35 and I30 are each just a few minutes drive. I have parking on the property for one other car. I require a $500 deposit to hold the cottage for the dates you request.
