The second bedroom features two full-size beds with high-quality foam mattresses and soft bedding, and a walk-in closet. The fully stocked kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, built-in dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine with supplies, electric kettle, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and more. Pets are welcome upon size approval with a pet cleaning fee based on the length of your stay: $25 per night for 1–4 nights, $200 flat rate for 5–29 nights, and $300 flat rate for 30+ nights. All guests must complete verification before check-in, which may involve providing a valid government-issued ID, verifying contact information, completing identity verification through our secure platform, and undergoing a background check if requested. A signed rental agreement is required once your booking is approved, including agreement to all rental terms and policies, submission of valid identification before arrival, consent to a background check if requested by the host or property manager, and completion of the verification process to receive check-in instructions. Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day reservations. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation. For your safety, security cameras are installed in shared hallways, and a Minut device is placed inside the unit to monitor noise levels only—no audio is recorded.
