The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and water kettle. Pets are welcome depending on their size, with a cleaning fee applied for each pet. The fee is $25 per night for 1–4 nights, $200 total for 5–29 nights, and $300 total for 30+ nights. Guest verification is required prior to check-in and may include a valid government-issued photo ID, confirmation of contact details, and identity verification via a secure portal.
