Second level is the bedroom, office area, and walk-in closet. Parking is gated and covered; visitors can park in uncovered spots in lot, or street parking. Amazon delivers to front door or patio. Downstairs has Saltillo tile cleaned and resealed in January 2021. Living room overlooks large patio that is steps away from rarely-used full-size pool. Owner has been only occupant since 2016. The Kitchen was gutted and completely renovated in 2020; open concept prep/dining space with beautiful white quartz counter tops, large stainless steel sink, and custom silent-close cabinets and drawers.
