The comfortable living area includes a Smart TV for streaming Netflix, Hulu and more. For longer stays, an in-suite washer and dryer are available. Air conditioning and heating are provided to stay comfortable year-round. Furry friends are welcome (max 2) for an additional cleaning fee: short stays (1-5 nights) are $75 total, medium stays (6-28 nights) are $200 total, and long stays (29+ nights) are $300 total. Cats are also welcome and a small additional cleaning fee applies. Deep Ellum, with its vibrant street art, live music, bars, and restaurants, is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk away. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-out time is at 10AM and a $50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10AM. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability and a 48 hours notice minimum prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners and any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
