Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door for $17 per day or approximately $125 per month. Max 2 pets with a 40 lbs combined weight are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and is collected separately. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late checkout are available for additional fees. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
