An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty will be charged for removing smoke detectors or for a lost key fob. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
