Pool access is available, where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, but pool and community area access is limited to 2 guests at a time. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
