Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door for $17 per day or $125 per month. Pool access is available, where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, but pool and community area access is limited to 2 guests at a time. Fitness center and lounge access are also available. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. Ideally located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options such as Renaissance Tower, Majestic Theater, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Flying Horse Cafe, The French Room, Frankie's Downtown, and Dallas Chop House. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
