Complimentary coffee is provided. Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door for $17 per day or approximately $125 per month. Pool access is available when allowed by season and weather, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with access limited to 2 guests at a time. Fitness center and lounge access are also included. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. Ideally located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options such as Renaissance Tower, Majestic Theater, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Flying Horse Cafe, The French Room, Frankie's Downtown, and Dallas Chop House. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. This is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
