Recently updated home. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 living areas. The house was renovated in 2015 with new kitchen cabinets, new flooring throughout, new low-e windows, new electrical panel and new paint throughout. Both bathrooms were completely renovated with new plumbing fixtures and flooring. Each bedroom features new carpet floors. The backyard features a painted deck, new stained fence and a storage building. Tenant is to pay for all utilities (water, electric and gas), trash and lawn maintenance. Tenant to bring their own refrigerator, washer and dryer. Hookups are provided. No smoking is allowed. Small dogs will be considered upon owner approval. No aggressive breeds. The house is ready for move-in. Please give me a call or email me if you would like to view the house and/or submit an application on the house. Each applicant must provide past 3 months bank statements and pay stubs in order for the application to be submitted along with a $45 application fee (non-refundable). Applicant must also submit a copy of their driver's license and SS card. Applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Once the application is approved then a $1,850 security deposit within 3 days is required in order to reserve the lease. If a security deposit is not received in 3 days then the next application will be processed.
