Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, with access limited to 2 guests at a time. Fitness center and lounge access are also available. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. Ideally located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including Renaissance Tower, Majestic Theater, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Flying Horse Cafe, The French Room, and Frankie's Downtown. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
