This cozy apartment has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, fast Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Guests also have access to a fitness center. Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door for $17 per day or approximately $125 per month. Pool access is available, where allowed by season and weather, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but pool and community area access is limited to 2 guests at a time. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length. Ideally located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, such as Renaissance Tower, Majestic Theater, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Flying Horse Cafe, The French Room, Frankie's Downtown, and Dallas Chop House. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee.
