Complimentary coffee is provided. Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door for $17 per day or approximately $125 per month. Pool access is available when allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, with pool and community area access limited to 2 guests at a time. Fitness center and lounge access are also available. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Ideally located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, this apartment is in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood and is easily accessible to most attractions by walking. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old (except students/interns). To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
