Smoking or the use of drugs of any sort is prohibited inside the apartment, and there is a $250 penalty for smoking inside the unit. Parties or events are not allowed, and guests should be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No cats and dogs are allowed, unless special permissions are granted, and there is a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived in writing. The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) are not permitted unless actively loading/unloading. If a parking pass is provided and not returned, there is a $500 replacement fee.
