Paid parking is available, with one off-street parking space included and additional spaces available upon request. Free street parking is available after 6 pm Monday to Saturday and all day on Sunday. A pack-n-play or air mattress can be requested prior to reservation confirmation. Ideally situated in the heart of Uptown, this apartment is a 5-minute walk to McKinney Street and an 8-minute walk to Uptown West Village. It's a 5-minute drive to Downtown Dallas and a 7-minute drive to the American Airlines Arena. You'll be surrounded by the best Dallas has to offer, with easy access to multiple restaurants, shopping, and bars. Absolutely no smoking or use of drugs of any sort inside the apartment; a $250 penalty applies for smoking inside the unit. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) are not permitted unless actively loading/unloading. A $200 hold for a damage deposit is required. Guests are responsible for taking all belongings and putting together used towels & bed sheets in one place. Trash and any leftovers in the fridge/oven can be organized by the kitchen trash can. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for any excessive cleaning that requires a second cleaner. Guests are responsible for the cost of fixing any damaged appliances. No cats and dogs are allowed unless special permissions are granted, with a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived by the owner in writing. Linen and towels are high quality; blood stains and makeup stains are difficult to remove, so guests are asked not to use them for makeup or anything that causes permanent stains.
