It includes three dedicated bedrooms—the master features a king-size bed, the second has a queen-sized bed, and the third one has a trundle with two twin-sized beds—plus a dedicated office space. The backyard opens up to a lush greenbelt, offering a serene escape where you can connect with nature right from home. With all these features, you might find yourself never wanting to leave! Guest(s) may park up to two vehicles in the driveway. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over three days for an extra fee and must be booked in advance. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" is available for $40 as a one-time fee and a highchair is also available for $40 as a one-time fee. This property is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. No pets, parties, or smoking are allowed on the property. Kindly remove your shoes indoors to help keep the space clean. Please avoid leaving food out on counters, as it may attract bugs. The home is decorated with meaningful family heirlooms and collected pieces, so treat the space with care. Bedroom 3 has a daybed with a trundle, which together offer two separate single beds. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.
