The serene backyard backs onto a green belt, perfect for short hikes and relaxation in the outdoor covered seating area. This home is a personal oasis with ample space for relaxation. Multiple workspaces are ideal for those working from home. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over three days for an extra fee and must be booked in advance. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, whether inside or outside, including patios, balconies, driveways, and all outdoor areas. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced with a penalty fee and possible eviction without a refund for violations. No pets or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00. Late check-outs will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will incur an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Multiple workspaces are ideal for those working from home, providing a comfortable and productive environment. A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
