The maximum number of guests is four, non-negotiable due to the fire code. No pets are allowed in this vacation rental. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. No parties or events are allowed. Parking is on the street on a first-come, first-served basis. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee. Hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
