No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and be present for the entirety of the reservation. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Fireworks are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please do not leave any personal items on the balcony. We do not have access to the locked mailboxes at this property, so please do not have any mail or packages delivered during your stay. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system.
