The HOA has the right to remove guests from the common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. If fines are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be responsible for the fines. Due to the property's downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit. A white noise machine is provided for your comfort, and earplugs are available upon request. There is no free parking available. Valet parking is available at 48 East Avenue for $40 per day, and city street parking is also available at the posted rate. The swimming pool should be used at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times. No glass is allowed in and around the pool or hot tub. The pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45°F, and if the temperature drops below 35°F, we will be unable to turn the heater on, as it cannot function effectively at that level. The communal fitness center and outdoor lounge are available 24/7 on the 10th floor. There is a trash room on every floor located near the elevators. Please place all trash in the designated chute. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
