The HOA has the right to remove guests from the common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior, and the guest will be responsible for the fines. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool for health, safety, and maintenance reasons, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Smoking and fireworks are not allowed.
